1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Reign Music website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Reign Music provides professional DJ entertainment, music production, and event production services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other occasions. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3. Bookings & Deposits

A booking is confirmed once a signed contract and deposit payment have been received. The standard deposit is 50% of the total agreed fee, unless otherwise specified in your booking agreement.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless Reign Music cancels the event.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.
• Late payments may incur additional charges at our discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable). The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 90 days before: Deposit forfeited, no further charges.
• 30–90 days before: 75% of total fee is payable.
• Less than 30 days before: 100% of total fee is payable.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring adequate power supply, a safe and suitable performance area, and timely access to the venue for setup. Reign Music shall not be liable for any issues arising from inadequate venue facilities or late access.

6. Liability & Insurance

Reign Music holds Public Liability Insurance of up to £10,000,000. We take all reasonable care with our equipment and services but shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Reign Music and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Website Use

By creating an account on our website, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Reign Music reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
